Our ethos at Wonwood Barton is to keep the different wedding options as simple as possible so you can spend your time and focus on planning your special day! This is reflected in our packages. All you have to do is select your option below and decide if you want any additional extras.
ALL WEDDINGS INCLUDE
Exclusive use of the venue and the barns for 2 nights
Accommodation for 16 guests (from 2025) in individual private suites and rooms
Weddings ceremony with multiple locations indoors and outdoors
Welcome hamper on arrival and bacon sarnies on the morning after the big day for those staying
Use of a big selection of interior and exterior tables and chairs
Fridges for wines & champagne you choose to supply for your wedding
Tea and coffee station and topped up during the whole period
Use of our 30 sqm catering tent if you choose to self cater or bring your own caterers
Camp site including toilets for guests that wish to stay on the wedding night
Full Audio setup for DJ’s including mic’s for speeches
Staff onsite on the day and in advance to help with coordination

The Roundhouse Barn
A smaller wedding for up to 70 seated guests in our 19th Century timber beamed barn. This option is best for all year round.

The Greenfield Marquee
A large rustic wedding for between 50 and 120 guests with the option to use our beautiful canvas marquee. Available from June to August.

The Small Wedding
A wedding party of up to 16 guests with dining in The Roundhouse or The Corner Barn. Best for couples looking for a small family wedding.

An intimate and romantic wedding in The Corner Barn for up to 8 people. We will work with you on an all inclusive package.

Extras
Catering
You are free to bring in your own catereers but if you would like to work with our preferred caterer we can help with feast platters from £35pp and 3 course meals and canapés from £60pp including staffing. We can also bring in food trucks if you prefer, see our personal recommendations at the suppliers page.
Bar and Drinks
We have no corkage and you are always free to bring all drinks but on request we are happy to provide you with a cash bar that can be set up on multiple locations at the venue, including staff and set drinks packages with cocktails and wine. We can also arrange for drink packages, cocktails, table wine and beer of your choice.
Pre Wedding Dinner
We will be happy to provide you with a wedding-eve family style dinner in the bar for those that are staying in the rooms for £20pp. Think hearty casseroles, paellas etc….
Crockery and Glassware
We can provide a crockery, cutlery and glassware package starting at £2 per person. Speak to us about what we currently have in stock.
Other
For photographers, flowers, bands and DJ’s, registrars and anything else that you want on the big day you can find our favourite local Devon wedding suppliers on the suppliers page.
